What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one book to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
Delivery Method: Usually delivered in 3-7 days, this service has a Track & Trace facility.
Replacement Policy: If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 5 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we pre book your order for you. The book will be shipped to you on the day of it’s official release launch. The Pre Order duration varies from book to book. Once known, release time and date is mentioned.
For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these books available for sale. Please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at ksuniq.com
Permanently Discontinued: This book is no longer available on ksuniq.com because it’s obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your books via Indian Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Does ksuniq.com deliver internationally?
We don’t offer international shipping at this time.
